Why Sonder North Co.
Most consultants will hand you a framework and call it done. That's never been my style.
I started my corporate career at Bank of America/Merrill, spending eight of the thirteen years working directly with ultra-high-net-worth clients. What I loved most wasn't the finance. It was finding the moments where a simpler process, a clearer experience, or a better way of working made someone's day genuinely easier. That instinct never left me.
From there, I moved into strategic program management and design, building and launching programs on a global scale across wealth management and commercial banking. I learned how to take something complex, find what actually matters, and make it land in a way that sticks. My favorite project? A nationwide training program built from the ground up on input from the best people already doing the job. We cut the fluff, streamlined what was broken, made something people actually wanted to show up for, and launched it to over 10,000 associates.
That's still exactly what I do today.
I'm not here to diagnose you and disappear. I'm here to get in the work with you. To listen first, find the real problem, and build something together that creates lasting change.
